It took only four weeks, FOUR! for me to be able to function back to where i was 5 years ago after a bad fall and working 24/7. The pain i was experiencing was unbearable and keeping me from doing my job correctly and efficiently. Thanks to seeing Danielle and DCS Physical Therapy once a week and keeping up with my exercises she gives me, i feel like a completely different rider. If you are not functioning at 100%, it isn’t good enough. My energy is higher, my days are better, my horses are happier....all because i have fixed my body and range of motion in my simple daily life.

My ankle surgery a few years ago has caused me to compensate a lot and create some bad habits. I’ve done tons of PT and it only got me so far, so getting some help from a rider’s perspective is so different and refreshing. I finally feel like I will make some progress! Already to me is an amazing difference in my elasticity and ability to follow my horse’s motion. And he was happy because my joints were soft and I wasn’t gripping him. Can’t wait to see what a few weeks of exercises and using the Thera bands will do.

I am so grateful for DCS Physical Therapy! I have a torn hip labrum and working from home sitting all day has been causing a lot of discomfort. Within 5 minutes of Danielle working on me so much released and I felt so much better. I wish I could see her everyday. THANK YOU!!!
